Holding three Lunches on the Courthouse Lawn Annually. One lunch is held in June, one in September and another in October. More than 500 people eat a nutritious beef lunch at these events.

Various beef promotions throughout the Miami County Fair, such as– sponsoring the born-and-raised steer and heifer shows, sponsoring awards for showmanship, providing breakfast for beef exhibitors, cooking chopped sirloin sandwiches for buyers during the jr. fair sale, hosting the beef exhibitor fun day, and cooking chopped sirloin sandwiches the night of the steer/heifer show.
